Rescue & Re-homing

In times of need we are always here for the owners and the puppies that we have bred.

We accept that sometimes a puppy will not fit into a particular family, despite everyone's best efforts, and that family lifestyles can change meaning that the dog cannot be kept.

We would not want any dog bred by us to end up in rescue kennels or in a home that we don't know about. So, we would always expect puppy owners to contact us in the first instance to offer us the opportunity to have the puppy, or adult, returned here to Yarraman or for us to assist in any way that we can with re-homing.

ACDs in the UK infrequently become available for re-homing, however, I am happy to offer web space to advertise any Australian Cattle Dog needing a new home, even if I did not breed him or her. Please contact me on normaacds@btinternet.com if you require this service.

**MISSING**

Clifford the Australian Cattle Dog disappeared from his secure stable on 24th April. He was there at 9.45 am and missing by 11.10am. and the building locked up as normal. He is from Felton, North Somerset.

CCTV cameras on the property show a skinny tallish blonde woman in her 20s walk past the house on the Common at 10.00am then 5 minutes later the same person walks back towards the house, down the drive past the side of the house to the stables, 3 minutes later same person appears and although light and shadows make it difficult to view looks like a dog is now dragging this person up the drive very quickly and out onto the Common and off they go. Clifford has not been seen since.

Clifford is a 5 year old blue dog with a single eye patch on the right as you look at him, also has two black body spots - one on his left side and one on his lower back - plus a black tail spot. He is microchipped.

If you have any information please contact Sharon Pearce on sharon.pearce8@btinternet.com

Clifford's Doglost poster can be seen here:  http://www.doglost.co.uk/poster.asp?ID=13495

Clifford is a son of Yaapeet Blue Dreamer Yarraman.
